"Beautiful view. On land near water, best of both worlds. Boat rides nearby. Train station within walking distance. Clean, relaxing yet some activity which can very entertaining. Open space for chairs and picnics. Family friendly. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Parking is the only downside but parking lots are near by and worth paying rather than risking a ticket or tow."
